Eric Watts

Eric Watts is an industrial development leader with vast experience across all facets of development including due diligence, entitlement, construction, leasing, and sourcing. He develops high-impact industrial facilities on a speculative and build-to-suit basis; drawing upon 20+ years experience to drive financially disciplined investments.

Prior to joining Flint Development as Vice President of Development, Eric was the Director of Leasing and Industrial Development at one of the largest privately-held developers in the U.S. During his tenure, he secured numerous Fortune 500 deals including Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot and Chewy. He was responsible for 30+ developments, accounting for over 20 million sq. ft of class A industrial space and capital investment totaling north of 1.5 billion dollars.
